We are the creators of the Smart Red platforms and app which help global businesses reduce errors and returns, slash admin time and realise significant savings through their uniform ordering processes.

For 35 years we have been delivering successful IT, software, website, and bespoke platforms to businesses around the world. We focus on working with organisations that are seeking measurable outcomes from a project. The Smart Red Platform and App

Smart Red is the result of collaboration with client partners over the past 15 years. Initially we were approached to create an ecommerce style platform that allowed employees to order their staff uniform with allowances for a uniform provider. At the same time CalMac Ferries needed a similar allowance-based system, that could deal with the complex nature of dispersed staff across their fleet in-house. Using The Big Red Business Platform our team created the Smart Red Uniform Management system, and consistently built upon its core functionality to create the stand-alone powerful platforms that exist today.

Smart Red is now in place in 4 continents, with over 120 clients and partners. Continuous innovation has produced the extensive in-built and bespoke functionality, as well as the ordering app and our clients have reaped the rewards of this over the years.
