Can Smart Red be my website?
Yes! Smart Red is part of Big Red Digital, a web design and digital marketing business. The platform has an in-built CMS (Content Management System) meaning you can easily create your user-friendly website and garment management system in one place.
Are there limits to the products I can have?
No. You have unlimited products on Smart Red, and these aren’t restricted to garments. Our clients use Smart Red for ordering janitorial supplies, signage, radio etc, within pre-agreed allowances, to maximise efficiencies in procurement.
What currencies does Smart Red support?
Smart Red supports all major currencies, including Dollar, Sterling and Euro.
Do I need to buy new hardware or software?
The Smart Red platform is a Software-as-a-Service or SaaS platform, meaning you don't need to download any software or buy new hardware to access the platform. It is compatible with all modern web browsers, and simply requires an active internet connection. In addition, our Smart Red App can be downloaded from all app stores to eliminate the need for a constant internet connection.
I don’t see functionality that I require. What can I do?
It’s not possible to list all the key features of Smart Red on our website, so it’s likely that we have implemented the functionality you require already. If this is not the case, our team of software developers will build you the functionality you desire to enhance the system and tailor it to your business.
Does Smart Red work offline?
The Smart Red Platform is a web-based platform and requires an internet connection to login. The Smart Red App, linked to the platform, can be used offline. Find out more.
How long does it take to integrate with Smart Red?
In short, it depends. We usually recommend you expect 8-12 weeks for full integration, testing and go live.
Can I choose the domain name?
Yes. Some clients choose to use a subdomain of their website and others create a brand-new domain.
Do you offer user support?
Yes. All our clients have access to our Client Support Portal 24/7 where they can log any issues. The Big Red Support team will respond and resolve issues according to our Support Contract SLAs.
