One of the key questions we are asked when speaking to potential clients is around the price of the Smart Red platform. Pricing can be a complex topic, as it involves various factors and components that contribute to the final cost. However if you are looking to invest in a platform for the first time, or you're needing to upgrade your Uniform Ordering Portal, you'll need some indication to consider Smart Red. 

At Big Red Digital, we are committed to transparency and want to make your purchasing experience as clear as possible. We have done our best to break down the different elements that make up the first-year costs of the Smart Red platform, ensuring you have a comprehensive understanding of what you're paying for.

We’ve broken down the core functionality of what’s included in the platform as standard. As with every Smart Red platform, there will be elements of bespoke functionality that will be costed separately. 

The first year price is inclusive of two core elements - the build cost, and the annual costs. Year 2 costs will only include the annual costs.
