Initial User Journey

This video shows the ‘typical’ user journey – an employee, ordering for themselves, using the standard ecommerce interface of the Smart Red platform to quickly order their authorised uniform.

Employee Ordering Over Allowance

This video shows the process that an employee would follow if they had to order over and above their set allowance. The power of the Smart Red platform still allows the employee to request the uniform order, subject to additional authorisation.

Approver Dealing with Over Allowance Request

As standard, if an employee has ordered above their uniform allowance, the platform will seek approval from an administrator to approve the order. Watch the video to see how quickly this process happens.

Approver Amending Orders

Approvers have more authority on the platform – they can amend or reject orders. This video shows how easy it is to manage budgets.
